About the Role:

We are looking for an Account Executive (AE) to join our team! The Account Executive will have SaaS sales experience and direct experience within the healthcare (preferably within the home health, hospice, or community care) space. The Account Executive will have the mandate to help build the AlayaCare network and brand in new and existing communities. Alongside a strong technical team and an inside sales team, you will be a key player in creating stories through your presentations and build a strong foundation and relationship with our clients. You will also have the exciting opportunity to work with United States based prospects to understand the prospect's systems, their business issues, data flow and unique problems. 

A Day in the Life:

  • Drive new logo acquisition - a key part of this role is acquiring new customers through our direct sales and product-led growth (PLG) efforts in the SMB space. 
  • Meet and/or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. 
  • Document and maintain leading indicators of sales success and trailing data points of client success within our CRM system.
  • Partner directly with SDR’s and Marketing to create new opportunities and maintain an appropriate sales funnel.
  • Research target prospects and manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial outreach to close.
  • Develop creative approaches to cultivate partnerships within the healthcare industry with a focus on home care.
  • Understand and present the AlayaCare Value Proposition through demos to a variety of customer, prospect, partner and internal contacts.
  • Work closely with the Client Success team to ensure all clients have a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Engage and present at various levels of clinical, financial, operational and IT stakeholders.
  • Penetrate an account and effectively communicate the AlayaCare value proposition.
  • Master appropriate technical aspects of the AlayaCare solution including Mobile, UX/UI design, billing integration, conditions of participation, EVV (Electronic Visit Verification)
  • Update and maintain CRM and other systems for all sales activities, sales process, and opportunity management.
  • Prospect within organizations and follow up on leads, lists, and demand generation activities.
  • Help identify and communicate the match between requirements with the best AlayaCare modules and sub-modules solution.
  • Manage new account relationships.

What you bring to the team

  • Experience within SaaS sales is required, ideally at an Account Executive level 
  • 2 years of experience in the post-acute (home health, community, hospice) software healthcare space; preferably selling a SaaS solution.
  • 2 years of documented sales experience in a subscription-based sales environment.
  • 2 years of experience selling software technology to companies ranging from start-ups to ~ 5M in revenue
  • Ability to travel (up to 25%) within the United States 
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to articulate solutions to various levels of external stakeholders
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills with an ability to get along with diverse personalities.
  • Solid understanding of the post-acute care ecosystem (Medicare, Medicaid, PEDS, Home Infusion and Private Duty markets)
  • Understanding of the US Infusion market would be a definite asset
