Alay Home Care is Hiring a Direct Support Professional - DSP Near East Windsor, NJ
ALAY Home Care is looking for Direct Support Professionals who is Caring, Compassionate and Dependable team members to assist individuals with Developmental Disabilities.
Pay Rate: $18 to $23 per hour.
Responsibilities:
- Care - Activities of Daily Living
- Companionship
- Mentorship
- Community Support
- Behavioral Support
- Medication Administration
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, Equivalent or Higher
- Valid CPR/First Aid Certification
Training and Pre-screening:
- Criminal Background Check - Fingerprints
- Drug screening
- College of Direct Support - Online classes for DDD Certifications
Preferred
- Vehicle for Community Transport
- 1 year Behavioral Experience
