Reports to: Training Manager
Functions Supervised: None
Primary Functions: Develop and provide Human Resources- specific and management-specific and corporate classroom training. Support enterprise training initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development or related field preferred.
Creditable Experience in Lieu of Education: Five years experience in Human Resources and training. Background with financial institutions preferred.
Experience/Skills: Must have demonstrated Human Resources and training experience. Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills. Experience with developing training curricula. Experience with Teams, PowerPoint, e-learning software and learning management systems.
Tenure: Senior Corporate Trainer, category 8, requires one year tenure in the Corporate Trainer, category 9, position (or applicable experience) with performance that meets or exceeds expectations.
