Candidates must be located within a 50-mile radius from the assigned office. Profile Summary: Provides technical expertise and processing to both internal and external customers. Profile Description: Strong knowledge of systems and processes. Consultative and complex processing role providing technical support to internal and external customers. Analyze and research transactions, while thinking through potential business partner and customer impacts. Ability to multi-task while performing various supportive activities, including collaborative analysis and detailed complex processing. Support large scale corrections/analysis, as well as earnings calculations. Support questions from Plan Management and the processing teams on the best way to correct items. Research of fund out of balances, financial accounting research, add service feature and plan maintenance updates. Participates in process improvements and clean-up projects related to areas of expertise. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge & Experience: College degree or equivalent experience 4 years related experience Experience with OMNI is required Proficient computer skills including ability to navigate quickly and easily through Internet Explorer, Windows based applications, Excel, Outlook, etc. Strong communication skills, which include appropriate grammar Able to build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients Candidates should have a positive attitude along with a strong work ethic and enjoy working to achieve team goals and be adaptable Ability to multitask quickly through various systems Self-motivated and the ability to use time efficiently Detail oriented and analytical Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $56,580 to $84,860.
