Al West Nissan, a leading automotive dealership in Rolla, MO, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our sales team as a Sales Consultant. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling new and used vehicles to customers by understanding their needs, providing exceptional customer service, and building long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and listen to their needs to understand what type of vehicle they are looking for
• Provide product information, including specifications, features, and benefits of different vehicles
• Conduct test drives to demonstrate vehicle features and benefits
• Negotiate pricing and financing options to close deals
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Sales experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be able to work Saturdays

Pay: $35,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
