****Immediate Opening**** Full-Time Chef for our Terra Loma location in Rancho Cordova, CA. Schedule: M-F 8;00AM - 5/6:00PM
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for daily Lunch/Dinner for up to aprox. 20 individuals in a residential behavioral healthcare setting.
- The ability to adhere to a budget and execute weekly meal planning and odering.
- Knowledge of safe food handling/environment required.
- The ability to create a wide variety of healthy, nutritious options as well as cater to special food requests/restrictions.
REQUIRED Qualifications and Skills
- Proof of Food Handlers License
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Valid Driver's License
- Proof of CPR
- Health Screen
- TB Clearance
- LIVE SCAN CLEARANCE
- Proof of Vaccination
*Knowledge and experience working with individuals in a behavioral healthcare setting preferred but not required.
Full-Time = Medical Benefits
Salary: hourly - depending on experience
