Who We Are: Akua Behavioral Health is a healthcare provider for Mental Health and Substance Abuse with Treatment Facilities in Northern and Southern California.

This Position Key Responsibilities:

This position will lead our marketing team and report directly to company CEO. The ideal candidate is a digital marketing expert that uses data to optimize marketing ROI / drive revenue and has a deep knowledge base in the core marketing areas of - Paid Advertising/PPC, SEO, Social Media, Content and Email Marketing.

• Develop KPIs and overarching strategy to manage entire marketing department and hold key players (Paid lead, SEO lead, Brand/Social Lead) accountable to targets
• Support marketing leads with both strategy and execution, ensuring that target are hit
• Create dashboards to visualize and draw insights from marketing data at every stage of the funnel
• Use data from each software tool (and across all stages of the marketing funnel) to optimize marketing ROI and admits (customers) per month

Qualifications:

• 5 years of managing teams and delivering business results
• 5 years using marketing data to drive revenue
• Advanced knowledge of and 5 years of experience with the following (or related) marketing platforms and tools (PPC, SEO, CRM, SEM tools):

• REQUIRED Experience: Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Facebook Ads, Mailchimp, Call Tracking Metrics (CTM)

This position will manage a Marketing team. MUST have experience with Lead generation of B-C Online Leads. The ideal candidate is a digital marketing professional with very good communication skills, and precise attention-to-detail.
