We are now hiring another experienced proposal manager for our centralized Marketing Department to serve clients in the energy, land development, transportation, and water sectors. This position will be based in our Philadelphia office.

What you will be doing:

• Reviewing RFQ/RFP documents and participating in go/no-go discussions
• Managing proposal submissions from start to finish
• Coordinating the design of presentation decks
• Preparing prequalification forms and packages
• Writing and updating profiles, resumes, project descriptions, and more
• Maintaining marketing data in our Cosential CRM

What you need to succeed:

• Over 5 years of proposal management experience with an AEC firm
• Ability to format proposal content in Adobe InDesign
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
• Bachelor’s degree in related field of study like English, marketing, journalism, or communications
