AKRF continues to build a best-in-class marketing team that excels in all facets of the proposal process. We are now hiring an entry-level proposal coordinator for our centralized Marketing Department to serve clients in the energy, land development, transportation, and water sectors.

What you will be doing:

• Reviewing RFQ/RFP documents and participating in go/no-go discussions
• Managing proposal submissions from start to finish
• Coordinating the design of presentation decks
• Preparing prequalification forms and packages
• Writing and updating profiles, resumes, project descriptions, and more
• Maintaining marketing data in our Cosential CRM

What you need to succeed:

• Marketing acumen and strong writing/editing skills
