Job Summary: The ERP Administrator will support IFS users, resolve user and system issues, maintain system health, and manage software patches and upgrades. This includes BA, Crystal report creation, designing, and updating existing reports to meet business needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain and support the ERP system (IFS version 9). Use IFS tools to migrate data into IFS. Provide technical supports and end-user trainings for IFS. Manage all IFS-based data-reports; partner with users in understanding business process to analyze and fulfill reasonable new business needs. Support all aspects of a database including install, upgrades, and patches; ensure company database performs properly. Assess and communicate system needs to leadership. Maintain database integrity; protect data from unauthorized access. Maintain and support Oracle (v12), SQL, PL/SQL, etc. Co-Lead ERP related projects, diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize system performance. Work with other IT stakeholders to ensure overall ERP and related systems health and data protection, own and upkeep systematic plans for backup, recovery and business continuity actions. Ensure ERP system and related sub-systems meet security and audit requirements. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Prefer certifications related to needed skillsets (MCSA, MCSE, Oracle ACP, etc.) Oracle and MS SQL Database administrator level knowledge required. Work Experience Requirements: Minimum of five years relate to supporting Oracle based ERP (IFS) systems. Working knowledge of IFS Business Analytics, IFS Report Designer, and Crystal Reports. Working knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL, PL/SQL; including install, maintenance and custom report creation. Prefer experience with IFS modules: Project management, operations, finance, purchasing, QA, etc. Work Conditions: Work Hours: On-call for emergent conditions. Standard work schedule, overtime may be necessary for meeting deadlines, required travel, and emergent conditions This role is on site in Plano, TX Travel Requirements: This position may involve travel up to 20% of the time. Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks, particularly for long distances or moving from one work site to another.
