We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our amazing consumer development team at Airthings. You will move our technology forward, but also help your colleagues by empowering them towards continuous improvement. You will be responsible for the well-being of a few people with a similar skillset as yourself, to be expanded to more people as we grow.

We are 140 employees and counting, including scientists, engineers, developers, and visionaries. About the software team
The software team is building next-generation services around our amazing hardware that provides insight into the indoor quality of homes and buildings. We have multiple growing, autonomous teams, working with OKRs, meaning that we set up goals for ourselves every second month to focus the teams in the coming bimester. We work agile and are continuously improving all aspects of the way we work.
Today our cloud services provide a solid platform, but we are still growing fast and need someone who is able to get the overview and keep moving us forward. We run a great ecosystem including mobile apps, web clients, smart home integrations, building management integrations, and more. We do this by having experts in software engineering for apps, cloud and web, in addition to data scientists. We use serverless technologies for hosting our code, either on Lambda or Fargate, whatever makes sense for the task at hand. We also continuously explore new technologies as we scale up our platform.
