As part of the small yet mighty Accounting Rev Ops team, you will be a critical thought partner to Sales and the larger finance org as owners of key stages in the Enterprise Order-to-Cash lifecycle. . 

The ideal analyst is equal parts service-oriented and detail-oriented, and can harness these strengths amidst hypergrowth and evolving systems. This person will be expected to provide coverage for both our East coast sellers as well as our growing Sales fleet in London (GMT 1). Expect the day to begin as early as 7AM EST (12PM GST 1).

What you'll do

• Audit and process enterprise billing installments 
• Provide exceptional service when addressing customer, Deal Desk, and Sales team needs
• Complete or facilitate completion of customer document requests
• Follow response time SLAs for all billing and billing-related inbound inquiries
• Navigate multiple sources for billing and addressing inquiries (e.g. contracts, Airtable, Workday, SFDC)
• Perform order-to-cash health analyses and data reconciliations as needed
• Support accounting close reporting requirements, as well as other order-to-cash related projects
• Identify & escalate opportunities to improve, then support resulting process improvements

Who you are

• You have at least 2 years of relevant operational experience and can demonstrate advanced Excel and system skills, preferably in the SaaS or technology space.
• You are meticulous and well-organized. You strive for precision and thrive in an environment of changing processes, working with multiple data sources, and driving multiple tasks to completion This role is all about the details paired with thoughtful execution.
• You’re flexible, resourceful, and solution-oriented. You are excited to help a company evolve from scrappy startup roots, to build process and repeatability where there is little. You’re both comfortable saying you don’t have the answer, and confident that you can then go find it.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills. Your approach is clear, thoughtful and service-oriented.
• You are a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership over your work and that of the team.
• You value working together and how you can contribute to the goals and success of the team and company. You have the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively, with the team and across functions, in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred systems experience: Salesforce, Workday Financials, Avalara, Front, and Zendesk.
