Aire Serv of Brockport is Hiring a HVAC Service Manager Near Spencerport, NY
The HVAC Service Manager must possess a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, and will serve as the on-call technician on a rotating basis.
Extensive HVAC experience is required. Preference will be given to candidates with both residential and commercial HVAC experience.
- Perform maintenance and repair of refrigeration, heating and air conditioning systems
- Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment
- Demonstrate proficiency in use of service-related mobile software
- Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean and in good working order and condition
- Supervise a small team of Service Professionals
- Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
- Review and approve/deny invoices and reports completed by Service Professionals
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
- Conduct interviews and take disciplinary action when necessary
- Extensive residential HVAC & refrigeration knowledge (5-10 years)
- Valid state driver's license & clean driving record
- Able to lift up to 60 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organization skills
- Work closely with Office Professionals
- Professional appearance and personality
