To manage the operations of the service department. This includes overseeing the daily scheduling & dispatching duties, as well as maximizing the efficiencies of the service technicians. Other duties include customer relations, setting department goals, technical support, coaching technicians to help them hit their KPI's, reviewing technician performance. Responsible for making sure that all service techs are properly trained to provide a level of customer service that meets company standards and provides a profitable service. In essence, the Service Manager is expected to handle all aspects of the service department to ensure it’s continued profitability and growth.
