Responsibilities

• G and M code program on the machines for small batch runs
• Setup and operate CNC machines
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Plan tooling requirements
• Verify setting by first part inspection
• Document actions by completing production and saving programs
• Observe continuing improvement methods

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Machining
• Minimum 2 years experience in CNC programming
• Mastercam or Featurecam experience a plus
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Ability to balance multiple projects
• Fanuc, Fadal , and or Haas experienced preferred
• Proactive, resourceful and highly motivated with good communication skills and the ability to work in high output environment
• Critical thinking with exceptional problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently or in team environments
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when needed
