Imagine an environment that encourages and provides professional development and daily support.We are actively seeking a Sales Consultant that is responsible for developing relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers, evaluating customers’ needs, delivering a sales presentation tailored toward those needs, and closing the sale with a signed contract.What You Can Expect To Do:Provide evaluations of customer’s existing materials via visual and physical inspection including, but not limited to, an attic inspectionMeasure and create a bid for the customer’s projectArticulate the features and benefits of our products and services to our customers in a sales presentationApply closing techniques to help overcome objections and find solutions to problems that allow and encourage our customers to move forward with us on a “same-day-close” scenarioAccurately and thoroughly complete necessary paperwork, including financial documents and contracts, and finalize a saleProvide any necessary follow-up or customer service that is required by your manager and/or the customerParticipating in trade shows, including setup, breakdown, and executionContribute to leads for the overall lead countBe on-call to provide estimates Monday-Friday from 8am-7 pm and Saturdays from 8 am-2 pmOther duties and responsibilities as assignedCore Competencies:Action OrientedResults DrivenCustomer FocusedFlexible, and willing to learn new thingsHave the curiosity and “grit” to significantly improve outcomes for internal and external customers.Team OrientedHungry!!!What Your Background Looks Like:Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to establish customer relationships quicklyMust possess the ability to effectively communicate and deal tactfully with all external and internal customers in a positive mannerDemonstrates a proactive approach and is flexible with changeNo fear of rejectionComputer proficiency and technical Work Environment and Physical Requirements:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and converse with employees and customers in the English language.
