Business Development:
Air Temp Mechanical Services, Inc., a leader in HVAC service, maintenance, retrofit projects and energy solutions to the commercial, institutional and industrial markets in Connecticut and Western MA, has an opportunity for a proven sales leader. We are searching for an energetic experienced sales professional to develop and grow our customer base. The primary emphasis for this position is to acquire new commercial, institutional and industrial accounts by developing relationships with owners, facility manager and management companies. Innovative, goal-driven sales professionals will sell preventative maintenance agreements and energy solutions consulting for mechanical systems to C-level decision makers. Candidates should have a history of developing and closing new business opportunities with a successful track record in commercial service agreement sales. Emphasis will be working with building owners and facility managers to identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers. You will develop sales leads, qualify prospects and make sales calls. You will balance your time between prospecting and networking, managing the relationship with current clients, and delivering sales presentations.
