Essential Job Functions:

• Installs and implements full scope of work for assigned jobs, including account servicing, and assisting with project management as required
• Reads and interprets construction and installation drawings and blueprints
• Manages all on site installation and test tasks
• Diagnoses errors or technical problems and determines proper solutions
• Produces timely and detailed documentation
• Confirms and ensures quality of all installation processes
• Operates company vehicle in a safe manner
• Consistently uses field automation systems
• Follows all procedures and protocols
• Cooperates with technical team and shares information across the organization
• Comprehends customer requirements and makes appropriate recommendations

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Associates Degree
• Five to seven years’ experience in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and correcting diverse HVAC service issues
• HVAC Journeyman, E02 and EPA Universal preferred
• Clean driving and criminal records as required by state laws and by company insurance carrier(s)

Physical Requirements:

The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, talk, and hear. The employee must regularly lift up to 100 pounds, be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with additional manpower or appropriate devices), carry and climb ladders, work from heights, work in small crawl spaces, balance, stoop, kneel. The employee is expected to work in all weather conditions, both in extreme cold and heat. The employee may drive for extended periods of time, including in all types of weather and day/night light conditions.
