· The role will be supporting the Lexington Core finance team with the production of financial planning, quarterly closings, business reviews and management information that enables the North America/Lexington leadership team to successfully execute on business strategy. The individual will support multiple product areas within Lexington (Property, Casualty and Professional Lines) working closely with a financial executive and the underwriting teams, providing performance metrics and value-adding analytics. · Responsibilities of the position include: o Financial reporting and analysis of actuals and forecasts o Development of annual financial plans o Production of reinsurance analytics that monitor reinsurance spend and benefit and allow for the completion of Gross, Ceded and Net P&L analysis o Supporting the finance team on regular business review material o Work on enhancing business unit management information and analysis, that supports execution of strategy o Assist in developing executive level narratives that succinctly detail the financial results o Work closely with Western World controller, providing business analytics that support annual filings o Consolidate / upload financial information to BPC/SAP o Assist with the continued development, documentation and governance of financial controls o Help drive consistency in the reporting process o Production of ad-hoc analysis · Position Requirements o 2 years of accounting or finance experience o BA/BS degree in accounting or finance o Excellent time management skills to meet required deadlines o Strong business and financial acumen and ability to present financial items clearly and concisely o Experience with building financial plans and analyzing key performance metrics o Proficiency with Microsoft Office o System knowledge of BPC/SAP and experience with Tableau or Microsoft Power BI • The base salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 and the position is eligible for a bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
