  • We are known as the clinic to go to for rehab and recovery after ACL or Tommy John Repairs/Reconstruction due to our use of state of the art equipment (blood flow restriction and VALD Force Decks).

The Position:

We’re looking for a Full-Time Athletic Trainer in our Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Clinic. Must have certification to practice in Virginia, BLS/CPR, and Dry Needling Certification is a plus (not a requirement). Salary is commensurate with your experience. New grads with outpatient orthopedic clinical affiliation experience are encouraged to apply. Some of our expectations are that after 90 days your caseload average should be 11 patients per day, you have a less than 10% no show and cancelation rate, and you are happy and love working for the company.
