Under the direct supervision of the Supervising Nurse, an employee of this class is responsible for providing the direct nursing care to the program individuals who participate in the Day Habilitation program..
We are well-established and growing organization looking for a dedicated full-time and on-call registered nurses who want to have an impact on everyday life of individuals we support to make a difference. Registered Nurse is responsible for assessment of health status, development of plan of care, implementation of treatment plan and evaluation of patient status, evaluating individuals for changing levels of care and collaborating with health care team to concentrate on preventive services and maintain a person centered approach. Registered nurse will educate, certify and supervise AMAP (approved medication administration person) staff in performance of nursing tasks and activities.
