This will include collaboration with multiple stakeholders to clearly define the program construct & design, candidate success profile, and early talent training & experience. You will work strategically to anticipate training and development needs and respond by designing training solutions to meet the needs of the business, retain and develop talent, and improve our ability to build robust succession plans and internal talent pipelines. This role requires a strong partnership with functional leads and key stakeholders across the organization. This position will report to the Director of Talent Development. The ideal candidate has an accomplished training and development background with experience working with all levels of leadership, and a proven track record of designing, delivering, managing and tracking training and early talent development programs through the application of learning principles.
