Our Customer Service Team Member Must:
- Engage customers in conversations to assess their wants and needs, identifying products and services to meet those demands
- Cultivate professional relationships with customers, listening carefully to their needs and displaying empathy to provide the best service possible
- Enthusiastically support our companies values and mission
- Assist in driving sales revenue by following up directly with customers on unresolved inquiries or requests and relaying the information to the Sales Team
- Actively promote teamwork, leading by example and taking the initiative to assist others
- Complete all essential training and display enthusiasm for continuous learning, accepting constructive feedback from more experienced team members
- Stay up to date on new products, features, or sales promotions offered by our clients
- Adhere to our policy, procedures, and guidelines and act as an ambassador of Stafford Marketing at all times

Our Customer Service Team Member Has The Following Qualifications:

- Proven ability to achieve sales goals and financial targets preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
