OC's best Brazilian Steak House, Agora Churrascaria, seeks experienced servers to maintain Agora's great dining experience.

We are proud of our food and service (check yelp, google, etc...), we are looking for candidates that can bring a positive vibe, good attitude, and great service to help us to deliver a phenomenal experience.

Agora Churrascaria is looking for enthusiastic full- and part-time bartenders to provide Agora customers with an excellent drinking experience.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for setup, maintenance and operation of the bar.
• Takes drink orders and confirms customers meet legal drinking age.
• Provide responsible service of alcoholic beverages.
• Prepare classic and innovative drinks that meet customers expectations.
• Maintain knowledge of all food, liquor, beer and wine.
• Follow payment handling policies and procedures.
• Wash and sterilize glassware, prepare garnishes for drinks and serve appetizers. Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Requirements:

• Must be legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
• Proven 1-year experience as a bartender in a fine dining environment
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Be able to operate POS system
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation is a must
• Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs. 2 to 10 times per shift

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $40.00 per hour
