Agility Recovery is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team. As one of our organization’s Talent Acquisition partners, you’ll own the complete hiring process, including partnering with hiring managers to understand their needs; working through compensation analysis and budgeting; creating and executing a strategic recruitment campaign; and ensuring a robust assessment process yielding high-quality hires. This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level recruiter to move into a more strategic, end-to-end role.

In this role, you will:

  • Be responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates to support the workforce needs through multiple activities and by implementing talent strategies.
  • Identify alternative recruitment methods such as online recruitment methods, professional organizations, technical programs and universities to target technically skilled individuals requiring highly specific industry certifications.
  • Execute new hire pre-boarding activities, including participating in, and coordinating the new hire orientation (NHO) process.
  • Lead and collaborate on key talent acquisition and management projects.
  • Understand assigned service line(s) and assigned recruitment processes and technologies.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and consultative skills, with ability to develop close relations and establish trust with clients and applicants.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to employment.
  • Promote equal opportunity employment by analyzing results of outreach efforts and modifying recruitment efforts based on those results. Implements diversity recruitment initiatives and participates in applicable recruitment conferences and outreach efforts. 
  • Communicate hiring process and train hiring managers on ATS and EEO/FCC compliance; monitor internal staffing compliance with EEO/FCC requirements.
  • Define and measure success through data-driven hiring metrics and goals.
  • Create personalized talent sourcing and recruiting campaigns that scale for attracting diverse top talent.
  • Be the market-knowledge expert and provide insights to hiring managers at the company.
  • Build networks and strong relationships, both internally and externally.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting and/or sourcing required, preferably in a SaaS or sales environment
  • Experience leading recruitment processes, tactics and Applicant Tracking systems required
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with an emphasis on recruitment and sourcing
  • A sourcing sniper in your ability to identify where top talent lives
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills as well as an extraordinary attention to detail and strong time management
  • Knowledge of workforce planning (forecast, identify needs, locations and behaviors)
  • Superior at selling value proposition, negotiating and closing great candidates
  • Skilled at operating with a sense of urgency in all stages of the recruiting cycle
  • Excellent communications skills 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment trends and technologies
  • Strong knowledge of staffing and employment practices
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with MS Office

Preference given to candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Sales and/or SAAS recruiting experience
  • Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential
