Customer Service Representative (REMOTE - Lewisville, TX)

Agility 360 is searching for experienced Customer service representatives for a contract to hire role with our client in the Lewisville, TX area. This position will be remote but candidates are expected to be located within the DFW area. Potential for $1,000 sign on bonus after 90 day and monthly bonuses.
JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling inbound calls from customers or third parties regarding all general servicing questions. The position is responsible for using verbal and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and knowledgeable responses to resolve customer calls.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Compares and evaluates possible customer service solutions, and decides which to recommend to customers to best meet their needs and circumstances.
• Responsible for prompt and accurate response to customer's mortgage servicing questions and concerns.
• Assist customers with payments, changing due dates, and other issues customers might have.
• Provide customers with information about products and services to generate additional revenue through cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
• Properly document each customer interaction in the servicing system.
• Adhere to specific scheduling guidelines to ensure proper phone coverage.
• Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures to ensure the safety and security of customer mortgage assets.
• Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of Customer service experience required
• Minimum 1 year experience in a call center environment 
• Minimum of 1 year experience of mortgage customer service background or customer service experience in a banking or financial services environment preferred
• Previous knowledge in Mortgage Banking, and federal and state mortgage servicing requirements is plus
• Basic computer skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite such as Excel, Word

• Clear and Concise Professional Communication
• Must be able to work independently, as well as team-oriented

• Pay Rate: $17 an hour Potential monthly bonuses
• Employment consideration is contingent on passing a background check
• Must be able to work one/two weekend shifts a month (8am -12pm cst)
• First 90 days attendance required for training.
