We have a full-time need for 1 skilled, energetic, and driven Training Specialist.

Description: Information Technology (IT) trainers are responsible for developing and implementing technology-related educational sessions for their organization, clients, or end-users. US Citizenship is required.

• Training IT staff and end users on the proper operation of computer equipment, hardware devices, and software applications.
• Providing training/instructions on how to troubleshoot system applications to increase productivity and minimize downtime.
• Must also apply their expertise in determining training and learning needs for new and current employees. 
• Planning, coordinating, and implementing learning classes and activities to front line employees.
• Organizing various training sessions for all new employees and providing tests to evaluate the effectiveness of the training programs.
• Facilitate courses offered by content experts professionally.
• Design of online site courses and the execution of training programs for all information technology processes.
• Collaborate with the project manager to prepare project requirements and schedule for training.

Security Clearance Requirements: Public Trust

Desired Skills / Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; 5 years working experience in IT technology, training development or training coordination.

Location: Remote

Status: Full time

Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long durations of time. Also, must be able to continuously operate a computer and other office productivity machinery.
