AgHires is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Bluffton, IN

Purpose:
Lead the marketing efforts for TTG Equipment, LLC. Create a brand experience to enhance the dealership image. Lead efforts to better understand, attract, and retain customers. Develop and manage marketing tactics to promote the dealership’s products and services through targeted efforts.
Responsibilities:
  •  Build awareness of TTG Equipment by executing a marketing plan and strategies.
  • Collaborate with department managers on development of marketing plans and materials
  • Develop in collaboration with department managers and store leads a merchandising and display strategy
  • Leads the development and enhancement of the dealer brand
  • Develop marketing content and event information on TTG Equipment social media platforms
  • Oversee and grow TTG Equipment website with relevant information and encourage employees to share content and pictures
  • With collaboration from department managers, develops monthly, quarterly, and annual advertising activities (e.g. TV, radio, newspaper, internet, social media, etc.) that are within budget.
  • Leads the development, communication, and assessment of marketing tactics (e.g. advertising, promotions, incentives, events, etc.) that reach targeted prospects
  • Research and analyze market trends. Utilize customer insight technologies (such as (CRM) applications), to gain deeper customer understanding
  • Collaborates how to pursue market segments through targeted solutions and services
  • Track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns
  • Work with Team SI to leverage manufacturing marketing resources
  • Build relationships and partner with key industry partners, agencies and vendors
  • Ensures appropriate marketing communications for all departments
  • Market major company customer events, tradeshows, and other similar activities
  • Oversee marketing materials for TTG Equipment
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Education & Training
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business preferred; High School diploma with experience required
Technical Knowledge
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Agriculture, Turf and Small Constructing Industry
  • Extensive travel between locations with high frequency of time at the corporate office
  • Working remotely at locations
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire others
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively one-on-one and within a group
  • Proven ability to analyze and interpret internal and external marketing reports
  • Familiar with statistical analytic applications and market research practices
  • Proven ability to be creative and innovative
  • Valid driver’s license is required
Physical Demands
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. occasionally
Experience
  • 5 years marketing experience is preferred
