AgentSync’s Data Analytics team is on a mission to make complex data simple. This is a team of experts who will provide insights into the data at the core of our products as well as the data that keeps the business running. We want to empower the company to make data-driven decisions by making data accessible and partnering with teams across the company to provide improved processes, analysis, and recommendations

As a Data Engineer on the Data Analytics team you will be building and supporting the long-term architecture to support data analysis and insight for a company where data is our DNA. You will be implementing the best practices that allow our company to use data to succeed long-term, and mentoring people across the business on how to use the tools you implement.

What you’ll do:

• Write and maintain Python code
• Design, build and maintain production data pipelines to ensure data quality, efficient processing, and timely delivery of accurate and trusted data
• Support data analysts and analytics engineers across the business to maximize the value of data across the organization
• Integrate data from multiple disparate sources
• Actively contribute to development, testing, and automation best practices
• Identify and collaboratively implement new data technologies

Your experience:

• Experience with Python and SQL
• Experience working with an AWS architecture to develop and support data pipelines
• Experience implementing data extraction solutions (using pre-built connector tools such as Fivetran and/or custom implementations)
• Experience managing data warehouses (e.g. Snowflake, Redshift, etc.)
• Experience writing data transformations (e.g. dbt)
• Experience with code reviews, troubleshooting, testing, and CI/CD
• Experience supporting analytics work
• Experience with infrastructure tools such as Terraform
• A desire to understand both technical and business challenges, working on a multitude of different data sources and use cases
• A strong track record of problem solving and a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
