Our company is on the search for a full-time candidate who has good communication skills to complete the daily task of helping manage client accounts.
Responsibilities:
⁃ client retention
⁃ Weekly updates
⁃ Monthly content updates
⁃ Send new clients Statement of Work
⁃ Create one-off Statement of Work
⁃ Onboard client with SOW and receipt or invoice
⁃ Email back and forth between clients
⁃ Help client with questions
⁃ Discovery calls
⁃ Onboarding calls
⁃ One-off responsibilities
⁃ Adapt to new projects
⁃ Collect initial payment
⁃ Collect ongoing payment
⁃ Keep CRM updated with leads and current clients
⁃ Contact/follow up with old/new leads
⁃ Create new systems for workflow
⁃ Schedule strategy calls for CEO/dept head
⁃ Send appropriate resources/tools after the strategy call
Full-time candidate, 8 hours/day M-F
