Our contractor members are currently seeking Equipment Operators to assist with highway, bridge, and utility construction projects in your area. Role Overview:

From heavy lifting to detailed movements, the fate of a project’s completion, quality and safety are in the reliable hands of an equipment operator. You’ll operate pavers, excavators, loaders, rollers, skidsteers and other heavy machinery. If you’re a confident person who likes to be in control of the safety and efficiency of a project, this is the job for you. You’ll need to bring with you leadership skills, a team player attitude and good interpersonal skills. The team is depending on you. Are you up for the challenge?

  • Operate multiple types of construction equipment while maintaining the highest level of safety standards in day-to-day operations.
  • Demonstrate versatility through properly utilizing other types of heavy machinery when needed (e.g. excavator, rubber tire and track loaders).
  •  Become qualified to properly operate several types of equipment, earn relevant certifications, and demonstrate expertise in the core areas of equipment operations.
