• Help schedule personnel at locations, direct employees on tasks needed done, assure equipment needed for tasks are in position.
• Ensure all safety policies and procedures are being followed. Do toolbox and monthly safety meetings with employees, participate in Safety Committee Meetings
• Help with Preventive Maintenance inspections and assure they are getting completed.
• Ensure that all accounting and HR policies and procedures are being followed.
• Assist the Superintendent with any job tasks as needed.
• Help to ensure that the Grain Management Program is being followed and report any findings that are found
• Help load railcars, load, and unload trucks, help as needed with the day-to-day operations

Ag Processing Inc is currently hiring for a lead elevator operator at our grain terminal in Hastings! This person will be responsible for the proper operation and control of all processes, equipment and facilities associated with the handling of grain. This individual ensures loading and unloading trucks and railcars as well as cleaning and maintaining plant equipment are done safely and efficiently.
