AFFIRMA Rehabilitation is a division of Covenant Care. Our innovative physical therapy clinical programs will challenge new and experienced Physical Therapists. Minimum Requirements

• Master's degree in Physical Therapy (new grad PTs are welcome!)
• Active Physical Therapy license
• Ability to practice physical therapy unencumbered within state and federal guidelines
• Passion for aiding and working with the elderly

Preferred Requirements

• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility
