 We have a great opportunity for you to join AEI in a Visualization Artist role in our Madison office.

Responsibilities

 Here is what we have in store for you:

In this role, you will work with AEI’s digital marketing team, senior visualization artist, market leaders, and technical staff to conceptualize, plan, and produce 2D and 3D graphic illustrations, infographics, graphic design layouts, and interactive media for communicating engineering concepts and strategies to clients and design partners – proactively enhancing AEI’s marketing image library.

Qualifications

What you will need to succeed:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in information design, illustration, graphic design, or related field; architectural illustration or comparable experience.
• At least three years of experience in illustration and/or graphic design (preferably within an A/E/C environment).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating variety, versatility, and achievement in illustration and/or graphic design for print, web and other media.
• Proficiency working in a PC environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and related graphics
• Strong working knowledge of SketchUp or similar program.
• Ability to create printed pieces using in-house printing and binding materials.

What sets you apart:

• Working knowledge of 3D Studio Max, Viz, Flash, Rhino, and 3D Maya.
• Working knowledge of AutoDesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Experience in Lumion or other rendering software.
• Experience designing visual content or graphic design layouts.
• Experience working with professional printers and creating files for high-quality printing needs.
