AEYON POSITION TITLE: Navy FIP Business Systems Analyst

LOCATION: Washington, DC, Hybrid

JOB DESCRIPTION: Aeyon Consulting is currently seeking qualified candidates to support the Department of Navy’s (DON) Financial Management Transformation Initiatives including Utilizing technical expertise to implement business solutions in support of the transformation initiatives including systems consolidations/migration, modernization, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation, IT system audit readiness, IT audit review and IT system control documentation, and/or FISCAM and Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation and sustainment.

All Must:

• Familiarity with DON processes and procedures preferred
• Support transformation initiatives including system consolidation and ERP migration. Implement and support migration to SAP, Oracle Federal Financials, or other financial systems environments
• Support IT system audit readiness – experience working with Notices of Findings and Recommendations (NFR) and Corrective Actions Plans (CAP)
• Implementing system and Internal Controls, documentation, and sustainment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• FISCAM and RMF implementation and sustainment

CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Secret

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited U.S. college or university in a field of study relevant to his/her professional role.

Mandatory: a 4-year degree that meets education requirements is required.

Waivable/Substitutable: 2-Years’ Relevant Experience for Degree

Labor Category Duties:

• BSA II: Apply Tech. Expertise & Skills to implement Bus. Solutions. Directed to exercise core skills on Projects or may direct Small Teams.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Mandatory:

• BSA II: None

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

BSA Level II: Three (3) years of progressive, relevant experience. An additional two (2) years of relevant experience may substitute for the minimum education requirement.

• BSA III: Independently apply Advanced Tech. Expertise & Skills to implement Bus. Solutions. Provide direction to Project Teams & interact with FM&C / Govt. Clients at Branch and Division Head Level

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Mandatory:

• BSA III: CISA or Similar IT Professional Certification

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

BSA Level III: Six (6) years of progressive, relevant experience. An additional two (2) years of relevant experience may substitute for the minimum education requirement. Minimum Certification: CISA or similar IT professional certification required.

• BSA IV: Perform QA Reviews of Program performance & Deliverables. Responsible for onsite QC, Review, Approval of Working Papers & Findings IAW standards, laws, policy, and regulations. Lead Teams for complex workstreams and experts in Accounting, FM, and Bus. Systems. Interact with FM&C and Govt. Clients at Division Head Level and above.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Mandatory:

• BSA IV: CISA or Similar IT Professional Certification

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

BSA Level IV: Nine (9) years of progressive, relevant experience, including six (6) years of experience leading business systems modernization/sustainment, IT systems audit readiness, IT audit reviews, IT system controls documentation, and/or FISCAM and Risk Management Framework (RMF) implementation and sustainment, and related projects. An additional two (2) years of relevant experience may substitute for the minimum education requirement. Minimum Certification: CISA or similar IT professional certification required.
