Aevitas IT is looking for Senior Test Engineer for one of our project.

Job description

• Responsible for the design, development, and implementation.
• Design and develop mission-critical systems, delivering high-availability and performance.
• Interact with both business and technical stakeholders to deliver high quality products and services that meet business requirements and expectations while applying the latest available tools and technology.
• Develop code to ensure deliverables are on time, within budget, and with good code quality.
• Have a passion for delivering zero defect code and be responsible for ensuring the teams deliverables meet or exceed the prescribed defect SLA.
• Coordinate Continuous Integration activities, testing automation frameworks, and other related items in addition to contributing core product code.
• Present technical solutions, capabilities, considerations, and features in business terms. Effectively communicate status, issues, and risks in a precise and timely manner.
• Perform other tasks on RD, data governance, system infrastructure, and other cross team functions, on an as-needed basis

Skills:

• Minimum 5 years testing experience using the Software Development Lifecycle and across Full Testing Lifecycle
• 2 years demonstrated development experience in Java/C#, test automation and writing SQL queries
• 2 years demonstrated experience in API automation using RestAssured
• Hands-on experience in Junit, TestNg, Maven and/or other unit and automated testing tools
• Experienced in Agile methodologies
• Must have experience in CI/CD pipeline and Jenkins setup
• In-depth understanding and experience of functional, regression and acceptance testing
• Strong troubleshooting and application debugging skills
• Knowledge of one or more scripting languages - PowerShell, Python, Ruby, Perl, Shell scripting - is a plus
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain impartial and be open minded
