Senior Systems Administrator
Albuquerque, NM
The ideal candidate:
Would possess an active and in scope TS Clearance, be familiar with and have experience with Redhat and VMWare, and be able to assist network architects with design and analyze network models.

Responsibilities
- Managing the organization’s servers, desktop and mobile equipment
- Ensure that email and data storage networks work properly
- Ensure that employees’ workstations are working efficiently and stay connected to the central computer network
- Manage telecommunication networks
- Assist network architects design and analyze network models
- Participate in decisions about buying future hardware or software to upgrade the organization’s network
Qualifications
- Active and in scope TS clearance
- Experience with Redhat and VMWare
- DoD 8570.1 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2 certification
- Experience following STIGs for system hardening
- Proven hardware/software troubleshooting experience
- Experience with common software and operating systems
- Knowledge of IT support best practices
Education/Experience Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from an accredited college or university and 9 years or more relevant experience
- TS/SC Clearance
- or a Master’s degree and 7 years or more experience
- or a PhD and 4 years or more experienceteran employer.
