We are seeking a detail oriented, computer savvy individual to join the growing team at our Auburn office. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator & member of our Outreach Team, you will be responsible for attracting qualified individuals that have been pre-selected by our clients to fill their work force needs and/or positional requirements.
Must possess the ability to communicate effectively both verbally & written in addition to being able to complete tasks on time and in alignment with deadlines.
Must possess the ability to engage well over the phone, through text, or via email.
Must be technologically capable (computer savvy) with the ability to multitask and perform a variety of tasks in support of our Outreach Team.
Prior experience working in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (A/E/C) market space NOT mandatory.
Prior experience working in the Recruiting, Staffing, and/or Talent Acquisition space preferred, NOT mandatory.
Experience navigating CRM Software is a plus.
Working in a fully remote capacity is NOT an available option with AECIQ at this time.
