Hear what some of our existing team members are saying about working at AAH!

"Physicians, Clinical and non-clinical staff are all fantastic and make a great team. Patient centered, hard-working group with a culture of support and team work. During this time of Covid, Advocate did not reduce our PTO, allowed team members to carryover a larger amount into the next year and still gave yearly merit raises. We run very, very lean most of the time, but at least we did not lose those benefits" - Glassdoor

"Really foster a strong culture of inclusion, collaboration and communication" - Glassdoor

"I've worked at Advocate Aurora Health for 2 years and have really grown professionally though my experience there. AAH truly cares about their employees and provides an excellent culture where employees can excel at their work. The management takes time to hear the employees and understand what they need to improve themselves." - CareerBliss
