We’d like to meet you if you: Are a self-starter Have strong problem-solving skills Maintain a positive attitude Are professional and possess excellent interpersonal and written communication skills Are passionate about technology Have the desire and ability to learn new things fast Have the ability to think on your feet Want to be part of an efficient and effective team Display an ownership attitude and drive initiatives to completion Are a team player that recognizes the bigger picture and understands the value of teamwork Responsibilities Configure and support Citrix technologies and infrastructure to include Citrix Gateways, Delivery Controllers, StoreFronts, VDAs Configure and support Microsoft technologies and other infrastructure Monitor and maintain the infrastructure to ensure it is secure and up to date with the latest security patches Document system configurations, technical diagrams, and standard operating procedures Automate via scripting and other tools to gain efficiencies and reduce opportunities for human error Partner with business and technology subject-matter experts to elicit and translate business requirements into technological solutions Respond to escalated requests for technical assistance Coordinate with various teams on projects and escalations Advise and make recommendations to management concerning infrastructure and related issues Remain current on emerging technologies, tools, techniques, and methodologies Perform scheduled maintenance and provide support outside of normal working hours Education and Experience Requirements Associate or Bachelor’s degree in computer related fields, technical certifications related to responsibilities, or equivalent professional experience Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Citrix technologies Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft technologies Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS, and other Microsoft technologies Experience scripting and automating with industry-standard tools such as PowerShell, Chef, and Jenkins Experience working in an environment where availability, scalability, security, compliance, process, change management, and documentation are operating imperatives Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, including experience with technical documentation Experience in deployment strategies for new technologies within a geographically diverse environment Experience supporting complex solutions Experience supporting and running production 24x7 client-facing environments Experience with Red Hat Linux Enterprise preferred Experience with hosted/cloud-based solutions preferred Citrix certifications preferred Microsoft certifications preferred Unless explicitly requested or approached by SS&C Technologies, Inc. or any of its affiliated companies, the company will not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
