Warehouse Quality Assurance Associate 

Role Summary 

Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, the Quality Assurance Associate provides effective execution and strives for continuous improvement in all aspects of the Quality Assurance operations.  The Associate uses a combination of occupational expertise and knowledge of best practices to meet or exceed the established objectives. Through a laser focus on processes, best practices, and attention to detail, the QA Associate ensures the product meets established standards and represents the best of the business to our customers. The QA Associate is responsible for modeling the company values and nurturing our company culture. 

Key Results Areas 

• Collaborate with the QA Manager and team weekly on daily processes 

• Conduct physical inspections of products or materials to ensure they meet quality standards 

• Collect samples from production lines to test materials for defects or problems 

• Monitor the quality of incoming and outgoing products per detailed procedures 

• Interpreting data generated by quality control tests to help determine the source of defects or problems  

• Perform final inspection of finished products before shipment to customers 

• Investigate customer complaints and take appropriate corrective action 

• Roll up any issues or concerns to a supervisor 

• Execute QA Plan with established methodologies 

• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned 

Skills & Qualifications 

• Minimum of 1 year of Warehouse Experience is required 

• Working knowledge of quality control tools and methods (e.g., Six Sigma, statistical process control) 

• Excellent attention to detail 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

• Ability to work independently and with a team 

• Strong communication skills 

• Able to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing priorities 

• Must be able to walk and stand for the entirety of the shift 

• Able to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs. during the shift 

Compensation:

The range is $40,000 - $50,000 DOE.
