Quality Assurance Specialist

Role Summary  

Our client is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to join their high-growth and fast-paced organization, providing final mile distribution services for large eCommerce companies. The ideal candidate has excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills and has previous experience working with Delivery Service Providers.

Key Results Areas

• Work with facility management and regional management to maintain focus on the overall quality of service provided by Delivery Service Providers (DSPs)

• Lead weekly meetings with local facility and regional management, providing overall performance and quality results as well as reviewing any notes from business meetings held with DSPs

• Schedule and conduct business reviews with DSPs on a bi-annual basis

• Review any direct feedback from shippers relating to the quality of service provided by specific DSPs

• Provide and review statistics related to a DSPs adherence to any applicable service level agreements outlined in their contract

• Travel between the assigned facilities to maintain presence and to conduct business meetings with company staff and DSPs

• Review and act on breaches of a DSPs contract

• Assist in maintaining the company database of delivery location information by shippers or others, such as parcel recipients

• Maintain a daily blog to be reviewed with the Quality Team weekly to monitor and improve efficiency

Skills & Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in operating with DSPs

• Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office

• Experience in leading meetings of various sizes with DSPs, clients, and leadership preferred

• Valid driver’s license required
