Fleet Administrator
Role Summary
Our client is looking for a Fleet Administrator to join their high-growth and fast-paced organization, providing final mile distribution services for large eCommerce companies. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and has strong communication skills.
Key Results Areas
Monitors the volume to see if additional pulls are needed
Inform the leads of what loads are ready
Checks in drivers and hands out BOLs
Complete the outbound report and email it to the line haul
Completing linehaul data input, speaking with drivers and carriers
Effectively track loads through GPS software
Call out service for breakdowns and complete breakdown reports
Plan out moving loads both for priority and convenience
Review vendor schedules against load plan, addressing any potential discrepancies
Follow up with vendors ensuring all lanes are covered for the day
Daily audits of TDRs to ensure accuracy
Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Experience entering data into maintenance systems; TMT/TMW systems preferred
Strong understanding of standard repair times for Class 6-8 trucks
Must have an excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs
Valid driver’s license
Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to work as a team player and interact with customers, managers, and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
