Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain and review all inventory, including follow-up on all shortages and maintain minimal inventory for cost reductions.
• Conduct daily analysis to anticipate and quickly resolve potential inventory problems as they arise.
• Develop inventory control procedures and best practices.
• Report, monitor and review daily inventory adjustments and changes.
• Receive and catalog inventory areas for quick and accurate retrieval.
• Track incoming and outgoing products.
• Provide inventory control reports as required.
• Maintain count accuracy (digital and physical counting).
• Updating database with incoming and outgoing products.
• Developing loss mitigation processes and protocols.
• Loading and unloading deliveries.
• Maintain safety while using equipment and tools.
• Dispose of obsolete inventory as directed.
• Addressing any problems, obstacles or challenges.
• Forecast future inventory requirements.
• Inspect returned merchandise.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in a Material Handling role.
• High School Diploma/GED.
• Experience using Epicor is preferred but not required.
• Experience with an ERP system.
• Perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiar with data entry systems.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand and bend for long periods of time in a warehouse environment.
• Attention to detail to identify defective products.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
• Solid computer, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Maintains adequate levels of performance and motivation despite job tasks that are routine, repetitive, and/or non-stimulating.
• Ability to understand and carry out oral and written directives.
• Ability to work well under pressure, to adhere to deadlines and the ability to be flexible.
• Maintains organizational files and records.
• Ability to operate machines such as: copier, computer, calculator, fax and mail machines.

According to the New York Pay Transparency law, pay range for this job is $22.00 - $30.00 / hour. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
