ATI is looking for a_ part-time_ Accounting Consultant to support our Local, KC business partner!

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - (around 24 hr/week)
• 6-month CONTRACT
• $19 - $24/hr

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Duties include but are not limited to:

• Reconciling foreign and US Dollar bank accounts daily
• Maintaining a detailed record of returns
• Utilizing excel formulas to help with bank journal entries
• Understanding of the GL for accounting of daily cash reconciliations
• Integrating entries into MS Dynamics GP (Great Plains) accounting software
• Providing support to the Accounting Department, Treasury Team, Cash Management, and Fin-Con
• Conforming with and abiding by all comapny policies, procedures, and instructions

We are looking for the following requirements:

• Accounting classes, associate degree and/or relevant treasury/accounting work experience of at least one year.
• MS Office Products knowledge, particularly MS Dynamics GP (Great Plains) accounting software is helpful
• Intermediate Excel, 10-key by touch and 40 kpm skills
• Team player with a desire to learn and assist others while focusing on personal and team goals.
• Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
• Committed to working efficiently and accurately
• Strong mathematical aptitude is desired.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour

Experience:

• Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
