As a Video Production Coordinator, you will be responsible for all pre-production planning and travel arrangements for on-location shoots. You will regularly collaborate with the video production team to facilitate the editing and motion graphics process to help create digital content. Additionally, you will act as the primary contact for members of our video team and assist in general duties associated with our in-house studio. The ideal candidate is a team player who is highly organized and understands the video production process from shoots, audio, light, and video editing software to other elements involved with the production of high-quality video.

Responsibilities:

• All pre-production planning
• Arranging travel for on-location shoots
• Collaborating regularly with creative/production teammates and management

• Developing an intimate understanding of our product and processes/assisting the video department as needed
• Assisting the production team with general duties associated with shooting, editing and managing video content
• Working with in-house studio equipment to help produce digital content
• Assisting in the editing and motion graphics process

Requirements:

• Excellent organization and time management skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience
• Experience in television/film, Internet video or other roles operating video and editing

• Great creative eye for visualizing and shooting concepts effectively
• Ability to work well with others
• Proficient in Adobe After Effects and the general Adobe Premiere Editing suite
• Experience with YouTube and Vimeo
• Good writing and oral communication skills

• Video Portfolio link to be submitted
• On-location, in-studio shoot, and lighting experience preferred
