Our family owned, and operated Automobile Dealership is seeking a full-time, experienced cashier/file & scanning clerk that has a friendly attitude along with experience and attention to detail. The Full-Time Cashier position will average a variance of 40 hours per week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Responsibly and accurately process payment transactions including credit card, check and cash transactions.
• Be comfortable in counting and balancing out a daily cash drawer at every shift.
• Check for accuracy in all documents and check for completeness and signatures on all required parts of forms
• Always greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner, both in person and on the phone.
• Be flexible with the end of day since we sometimes stay open past our posted closing time if a transaction is in process.
• Making sure Filing and Scanning in the main office is kept up with.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Computer literate; accurate with excel, and dealership related processes
• Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and keep documentation organized
• Basic working knowledge of accounting/mathematical competency
• Good interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Attire is Business Casual
