Responsibilities

The Clinical Scribe will be responsible for viewing Group Therapy sessions via a HIPPA compliant video connection and taking proper documentation in a Data, Assessment, Plan (DAP) format.  All documentation will be reviewed by the licensed group facilitator.

 Works effectively with the facility clinicians and facility leadership to ensure success of the facility by completing the following:   Core Job Duties:
  • Actively views, monitors and listens to Group Therapy sessions
  • Scribing Group Therapy notes in a Data, Assessment, Plan format
  • Implementing feedback from licensed behavioral health clinicians
  Otehr Required Tasks:
  • Maintains healthy boundaries with patients and staff
  • Asks for and accepts feedback from supervisors
  • Performs other duties or tasks as assigned
 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Graduate degree preferred in health or behavioral health related field
