Responsibilities

The Clinical Scribe will be responsible for viewing Group Therapy sessions via a HIPPA compliant video connection and taking proper documentation in a Data, Assessment, Plan (DAP) format. All documentation will be reviewed by the licensed group facilitator.

• Actively views, monitors and listens to Group Therapy sessions
• Scribing Group Therapy notes in a Data, Assessment, Plan format
• Implementing feedback from licensed behavioral health clinicians

• Maintains healthy boundaries with patients and staff
• Asks for and accepts feedback from supervisors
• Performs other duties or tasks as assigned

Qualifications
