-Pay: $4,000 - $5,000 per month

What we're looking for
Experienced recruiters who have petitioning and ballot initiative experience as well as a strong understanding of the industry. They will work as a team to source, screen, and interview quality candidates to establish and nurture a pipeline of potential hires. This includes the expansion and management of advertisements and social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) while meeting company hiring objectives.
Responsibilities
- Co-manage hiring advertisements and social media accounts with other recruiting staff
- Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
- Make changes to recruitment branding with permission from hiring director
- Set up interviews for hiring manager and related staff
- Cold-call and network with potential candidates to grow recruitment pipeline
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Meet company hiring targets
